The acquisition of the ULMAN Group by Jakobi Holding marks the beginning of a new chapter.
For me, this step represents far more than a change in ownership structure. It is a conscious decision to assume long-term responsibility—for our employees, our customers, and our partners, and for the sustainable development of a company with a rich history.
I have had the privilege of working closely with the ULMAN Group over the past few years. In doing so, I have seen firsthand what makes this company special: dedicated people, exceptional technical expertise, and long-standing, trusting relationships with customers. We are building upon this foundation.
Our goal is clear: to preserve what has proven successful, introduce fresh ideas, and drive the long-term development of the ULMAN Group together—characterized by clear responsibilities, streamlined decision-making, and the courage to decisively seize opportunities.
I am embarking on this journey alongside Richard Jakobi and Carsten Gollmer, who serve as the management team for ULMAN Produktion GmbH & Co. KG and ULMAN Dichtungstechnik GmbH. Karl Hochmayer, as an authorised signatory, is responsible for ULMAN Industriebedarf GmbH in Vienna. Together, we are working across all our locations to further develop the entire Group.
