Keyence VHX-950F – our new digital microscope

As a result of the increasing demands during incoming inspection and failure analyse ULMAN Dichtungstechnik GmbH has enlarged its capabilities by the new Keyence VHX-950F digital microscope. Objects to be checked can be analysed, measured and monitored under a magnification of up to 50-times.

The rotating stage and a tilting lens allow to observe the object from multiple angles without touching and manipulating it. Also the large depth-of–field has to be named. The powerful software allows dimensional measurements made on screen directly or afterwards on any featured computer.

For documentation individual reports are used. Due to the modular platform it’s possible to add further equipment to the system by time and therefore keep the capabilities up to date.
