Elastomer Diaphragms are sealing elements that act as flexible movable partitions providing hermetic sealing against two chambers. At the same time, they can perform a stroke movement that is perpendicular to the clamping plane. Diaphragms require no maintenance, no lubrication, they operate wear-free and have a long life performance. Thin-walled designed types run almost frictionless without breakaway torques.
In our production, Diaphragms are constructed with single components and can be varied (according to customer specifications). For example with or without fabric reinforcement, foil lamination and metal core. We offer all established material combinations, if neeeded also with KTW, FDA and W270 compliance. In addition to innovative techniques, our logistics has 2,870 sqm of process surface. We have the world's first AutoStore storage system on two levels. Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
