Varitef KH is a single acting sealing element which consists of a PTFE seal and a stainless steel spiral spring as preload element. Varitef KH is an active sealing element and as the system pressure increases, the force on the sealing edges also increase.
Varitef KH can also be used for bridging larger gaps. Due to the combination of PTFE and stainless steel, Varitef KH can be used in a wide temperature range. It can be sterilized to make it particularly suitable for valves and pumps, and for blenders in food and medical technology. Suitable for slow rotating movements.
The PTFE compound is filled with a special filler or with carbon to improve the compressive strength. Further materials upon request. Due to the design of the Varitef, there are limitations of assembly in closed groove designs. Therefore we recommend the use of an open groove for assembly ease.

In addition to innovative techniques, our logistics has 2,870 sqm of process surface. We have the world's first AutoStore storage system on two levels. Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
