The Radial Oil Seal Type RR is designed as a pressure resistant rotary sealing. This has a metal outer diameter for an increased press fit in the bore und an additional clampling ring for the PTFE gasket. It can be utilized for low viscosity media and gas applications if the surface treatment is machined accordingly.
It is particularly suitable for rotating shafts in housings with applications which either have no pressure or have a pressure differential up to 2,5 MPa. High circumferential speeds and stick-slip free running is possible also with deficient lubrication due to the PTFE seal lip.
The PTFE seal lip and the metal casing provide a very good chemical resistance. Standard materials are PTFE virgin/filled, stainless steel casing in 1.4571 and partly with an elastomeric preload component. Further materials are available upon demand.

Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
