Gland Packing PTFE-Packing T4152
ULMAN T4152 is manufactured from a yarn with exceptionally high tensile strength, offering significantly greater durability than conventional PTFE packings. The combination of selected additives with the outstanding sliding properties of PTFE improves heat dissipation, making this material particularly suitable for use in high-speed pumps. This packing provides excellent resistance to chemicals and can be used in both acidic and alkaline media. The purity of the yarn ensures suitability for applications where the highest standards of medium quality are required. Minimal shrinkage and consistent volume guarantee a permanently reliable seal. Its microporous structure retains lubricants within the packing, ensuring long service life and stable performance.
Application
The packing is used wherever high temperatures, aggressive media, or changing operating conditions demand secure sealing solutions. Typical applications include the chemical industry with acids, alkalis, and solvents, power plants and energy systems with hot water, steam, or condensate, as well as the food and pharmaceutical industries, where purity and reliability are essential. It has also proven to be a universally robust solution in oil and refinery processes and in general plant engineering, such as for pumps, mixers, and valves.

Our Logistics – Your Service
Innovative, environmentally friendly and efficient
In addition to innovative techniques, our logistics has 2,870 sqm of process surface. We have the world's first AutoStore storage system on two levels. Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
