Rubber-Metal-Buffers

Rubber-metal buffers, also known as silent blocks, are used as vibration dampers due to their elastic properties.
Components are elastically bonded, absorb impacts, transmission of structure-borne noise is reduced, and they protect against damage.

Main applications:
The operating range are in shock absorption, noise reduction in aggregates, machines, engines, compressors, pumps, and vehicles, and for the use of end-stop buffers.

Standard Materials are:
Elastomer: NR 45 Shore A (soft)
Elastomer: NR 55 Shore A (medium)
Elastomer: NR 70 Shore A (hard)
Metal Parts: Galvanized steel
Other materials available upon request

Technical advantages making the difference:
• Reduction of noise and vibration
• Increased machine service life
• Easy installation
• High elasticity and load-bearing capacity
• Available in various shapes and dimensions
• Can withstand compression or shear-compression loads (not suitable for tensile loads)

Our Logistics – Your Service

Innovative, environmentally friendly and efficient

In addition to innovative techniques, our logistics has 2,870 sqm of process surface. We have the world's first AutoStore storage system on two levels. Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
