Gland Packing ePTFE-Packing T4301
ULMAN T4301 is manufactured from a yarn with exceptionally high tensile strength, offering significantly greater durability than conventional PTFE packings. The combination of selected additives with the outstanding sliding properties of PTFE improves heat dissipation, making this material particularly suitable for use in high-speed pumps. This packing provides excellent resistance to chemicals and can be used in both acidic and alkaline media. The purity of the yarn ensures suitability for applications where the highest standards of medium quality are required. Minimal shrinkage and consistent volume guarantee a permanently reliable seal. Its microporous structure retains lubricants within the packing, ensuring long service life and stable performance.
Application
ULMAN T4301 is suitable for use in pumps, mixers, valves, and slide gates. Its high chemical resistance allows application in both acidic and alkaline media. With a temperature range of up to approx. 280 °C, it can be used flexibly in a wide variety of industrial processes. Thanks to its purity and robustness, it is particularly well suited for applications where the quality of the medium is critical. Typical fields of use include the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, refineries, food processing, as well as energy and process engineering.

In addition to innovative techniques, our logistics has 2,870 sqm of process surface. We have the world's first AutoStore storage system on two levels. Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
