T4441

Gland Packing Acryl-Packing T4441

ULMAN T4441 is manufactured from high-quality acrylic yarn, impregnated and sealed with PTFE and a special lubricant. This combination provides a well-balanced performance of chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and sliding properties. Although the pH resistance is somewhat limited, practical experience
has shown that a very wide range of media can still be reliably sealed. Compared to traditional natural fiber packings such as hemp, cotton, or flax, the ULMAN T4441 stands out with significantly better thermal resistance and longer service life.

Application
The T4441 is highly versatile and particularly effective in pumps operating under constant pressure. Thanks to its flexible structure, it can compensate for slight radial shaft deflections, ensuring consistently secure sealing. Typical fields of application include the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, as well as general process engineering, where water, steam (up to approx. +200 °C), and numerous chemical media need to be sealed reliably.

Our Logistics – Your Service

Innovative, environmentally friendly and efficient

In addition to innovative techniques, our logistics has 2,870 sqm of process surface. We have the world's first AutoStore storage system on two levels. Both grits are connected to each other by means of special lifters. In total, up to 31,000 containers can be stored in a very confined space. Due to this subdivision, up to 240,000 storage areas can be managed most efficiently.
